Beth Hale – Broker - armed with an MBA, she is great at finding the best marketing strategies to get your home sold. From the right mix to targeting the potential Buyers, to advertising and staging (she is an ASP – Accredited Staging Professional), she gets your home sold for the most money, in the shortest time. She has earned her CDPE (Certified Distress Property Expert), and CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist) designations. Beth has been in the RE business for 18 years.

Fred Smith brings 38 years of Real Estate experience with integrity, compassion, and proven results. Fred is active in the Board of Realtors and has furthered himself with educational opportunities through Howard Brinton Seminars, Prudential University programs, and he too has earned his SRE (Senior Real Estate Specialist), CDPE. Fred has also a BA degree.
